Hindsight

When you spare a minuscule time
Shall I say you care for me?
When statements are scant like gold
Shall I say, in your eyes I am worth it?

When every call is measured in minutes
Shall I say I am in your heart?
When your attention is sparing and I wait forever
I say to myself, is this what I want?

On hindsight, Search the world and find your soul
Seek the remnants of who you are
Stretch your massive wings
And soar into the encompassing sky.
